Batch No.	Numbering is automatically generated from the System Numbers form, field POBatch
Warehouse	Warehouse the form was created in
Created By	Field is updated with the login user details
Date Created	Automatically updated with the login date the form was created
Last Modified By	Field is updated when the form is changed with the login user details
Date Modified	Automatically updated with the login date each time the form is modified in any wy
Status	Status is either: Entered - purchase orders have not yet been created; or Activated - purchase orders have been created.
